Focal Point role and responsibilities
v A designated focal point is able to register delegates on behalf of their respective Member State or WIPO-accredited Organization
v A designated focal point is able to complete registration forms for other members of the delegation without the need for the relevant delegate(s) to create a WIPO Meet account
v All delegates, irrespective of whether they have been registered through a focal point or by themselves, will still receive the necessary information pertaining to the meeting, such as registration approval and personal Zoom meeting links and passwords.
v A designated focal point is able to track registration moderation (approval)
v A designated focal point can easily identify if there are any outstanding information or queries related to the moderation process for any of your delegates
