Some major mandatory changes to our IT systems are scheduled to take place on Saturday August 22, and on Tuesday September 1. These may temporarily disrupt the WIPO Meet platform. 

Saturday, August 22, 2026

·         Between 09:00-10:00, for about ten minutes, WIPO Meet may suffer disruptions

·         People (both WIPO personnel and our clients) will not be able to log into the WIPO Meet platform. Some (if they logged into an application about an hour earlier) may also be kicked out of that application.

Tuesday, September 1, 2026

·         Between 09:00-10:00, WIPO external users will be unable to create or confirm their WIPO Accounts which are used to access WIPO Meet.

·         These external users, and WIPO technical support, will also be unable to update WIPO Account personal information.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these disruptions.  Normal service will be resumed outside of the hours mentioned above.
